Cream Puffs

This is one of my favorite recipes! They are so easy to make. And everyone thinks they're store bought! They are always astonished when they find out that I made them. I'm going to CKC in Charlotte, NC in a couple weeks. One of the classes I signed up for is a recipe card swap class. During the class, we'll decorate a scrapbook for the recipe pages and swap 20 of our recipe cards. When I went to CKC in Portland, OR a couple years ago, I signed up for the PC card swap. It was so much fun! Swapping in person was more fun than swapping through the mail. I'm getting really excited about going. I'm also excited about meeting one of my friends that I've swapped with and chatted with on the PaperCrafts site, Jennie. I think we're going to have so much fun taking classes, shopping & chatting.
