Recipe Card Swap at CKC

I signed up for a recipe card swap at CKC, sponsored by PaperCrafts magazine. PaperCrafts Pro Sue Neal instructed the class. That's a picture of my friend Jennie, Sue and me at the class. We were supposed to make 20 6x6 recipe cards and bring them to the class to swap with the other students. During the class, we also decorated this album. I love how it turned out. Those letters are doodlebug rub-ons! I never knew you could use rub-ons on a fabric covered album. Guess I've been living under a rock because no one else seemed surprised at that. We also made this candy bar wrapper. Those "sweet" letters are velvet! How cool is that?! Oh, and in case you were wondering, that chocolate bar lasted just long enough for the picture, then I had to open it and take a bite!

Heidi,
I just found your blog and wanted to thank you for including the other TA and me in the CKC Recipe Swap in Charlotte. I felt truly blessed to receive the lovingly created recipe cards and enjoyed the time spent with all of you in class!
