I work in a financial institution. Recently, it's been hard to keep an upbeat attitude when so many people are experiencing financial problems. One of the other managers had the idea to decorate the office as a surprise and morale booster to all the employees. I thought it was a fantastic idea. We went to the office one weekend and decorated for over 4 hours! I wrapped all the pictures on the wall to resemble gifts. She put up the tree and other decorations. We enlisted the help of another employee to make the picture ornaments. I punched circles using my large (purple) Marvy punch. She took the pictures and punched them out using my pink Marvy punch and attached them to the paper ornaments. I think she did a great job for someone who's not a scrapbooker/crafter! She took everyone's picture in the department and made an ornament for each person. I thought it was so nice and everyone was so surprised.

what a nice idea! it certainly makes the office less "stuffy" :) :) :) I got your christmas card today, it was such a nice surprise! :D it's sitting right on top of my hutch where I can enjoy it :D

You always do such a nice job and I always love your crafty ideas! AS you know my daughter loves you and thinks you are the best! She still wants to know when you are coming to teach her! I don't think she really understands how much time this stuff takes. Nevertheless she tells everyone about "this nice lady Heidi at mom's work" - you might be famous one day!!! Keep up the great work and I can't wait to see the next project. I still think you missed your calling.......Julie
