I've seen a lot of Oscar the Grouch cards made using punches, but never one with the trash can! I got the idea from Natasha's online punch class. You should check it out! She has some great punch creations. Thanks for stopping by my blog!

Heidi ... I have a little idea for you based on something I made almost a decade ago. I was particularly grouchy at work while I was going through some personal things. I took old film canisters that were black, popped in a green pompom, glued googly eyes on it with a little mouth I made out of felt and then glued the cap from the canister to the top. I gave them to my co-workers with a little note apologizing for being so grouchy. Most of them put them on top of the computer monitors. I'll email you a photo if I can find my little grouch...being the pack rat that I am, I'm pretty sure I would have kept one for myself.
